These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pinned, including getpinned.io and any related services we provide. By using Pinned, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to legally enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws. If you are using Pinned for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Pinned currently uses X/Twitter OAuth for login. You are responsible for your X account, the permissions you grant, and any activity that occurs through your access to Pinned.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or abuse the app, or use Pinned to display unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
You retain responsibility for the content you choose to display through Pinned, including tweets, profile details, and any public wall you publish. By using Pinned, you grant us the limited right to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.
Pinned may offer free and paid features. Pro access may currently be granted through a manual approval and payment process rather than self-serve checkout. Pricing, access, features, and availability may change over time.
If you pay for Pro, any billing, upgrade, or refund questions will be handled directly by us on a case-by-case basis unless and until a more formal billing flow is introduced.
We aim to keep Pinned available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific feature or third-party integration.
Pinned is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Pinned.
We may suspend or terminate access to Pinned if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pinned after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
